Welcome to Children's Service Center

As a mental health care system, we at Children's Service Center are deeply committed to the wellness of young people in our community. Our services are designed to meet the individualized needs of children, adolescents, and their families.

Children's Service Center's Assessment, Crisis, and Referral Services are staffed 24-hours a day, seven days a week, by psychiatric professionals for initial assessment and referral.

New Tunkhannock Office

We are pleased to annouce the relocation of our Wyoming County office to our new location at 133 West Tioga Street. The new facility will allow Children's Service Center to become more highly visible with close proximity to area schools. By expanding our facility we are also have the opportunity to expand our services into surrounding counties. For more information about Tunkhannock, please contact Lois Boginski at (570) 836-2722.

New Danville Office

We recently annouced the opening of a new office in Danville. This new location will allow us to expand our Autism program. Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by impairments in social interaction and communication, restricted and repetitive behavior all exhibited before a child is three years old. Parent's Voice

The voices of parent's are critical to the success of the children's mental health system in Pennsylvania. Children's Service Center encourages ALL parents to be aware of system issues that affect services to their children and to speak out about these issues, especially as the Wyoming Valley prepares to move further into a managed care service system.

 

Continuum of Care
