Built in 1938, the building houses the Main Switchboard/Reception and offices for the public Outpatient Division, Psychology, Psychiatry, Medical Records, Medication Clinic, and Intake.
The Partial Hospitalization Treatment Program provides a range of therapeutic activities to help students stay with their families and to minimize the need for placement in more restrictive environments such as inpatient or residential settings.
CSC Tunkhannock Office
Our Wyoming County office is located at 133 West Tioga Street, Tunkhannock. The office location is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare and offers easy access and ample parking. The Tunkhannock site provides services within the Wyoming county region as well as the surrounding communities such as Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Sullivan and Bradford counties. The Tunkhannock office provides programs such as Outpatient Therapy, Psychiatric Medication, Psychology, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services, Autism, Home Based Intensive Family Therpay, Functional Family Therapy, Blended Case Management, Student Assistance Program, and Crisis Intervention services. Partial Hospitalization, Therapeutic Foster Care and Residential Services are also available and coordinated through the Wilkes-Barre office.
