The Medical Director, the Vice President of Residential Services, and the Admissions Coordinator review all referrals and a determination regarding acceptance will be made within 48 hours of the receipt of the referral. Many referrals will receive a face-to-face meeting from the Admissions Coordinator and a Residential Supervisor to help assess each child's needs. This meeting provides an opportunity to answer any questions the child or the family may have regarding the program. These meetings will occur at the child's current placement, treatment program, or the child's home.
