Children's Service Center will work with families interested in adopting a child anywhere in the United States through a private adoption agency. As such, Children's Service Center will complete an "Adoption Home Study" for families interested in adopting an infant or toddler without special needs through a private agency. The completed Home Study will be forwarded to the private adoption agency that the family has chosen. Children's Service Center does not match children to families in private adoptions. At the request of the private adoption agency, Children's Service Center will make post-placement visits as part of the adoption finalization process.
