At the Hazleton Autism Family Support Hub, created in conjunction with the Autism Collaborative Centers of Excellence (ACCE),
we understand that having concerns about a loved one's development can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming. From first seeking an evaluation,
to continuing to make sure you're receiving the best services available, this journey can be stressful. At the Hub, we are able to help streamline the process.
Whether you're in search of therapy, sensory friendly services, or activities for daily living, we can help connect you with quality referrals to meet your
individualized needs.
We also know that sometimes the most supportive service is simply a welcoming ear. Drawing from our own personal experiences with
family members on the autism spectrum, the Service Navigators at the Hub are available for a conversation over the phone, or stop
in person to talk in our relaxing sensory lounge.
The Hub isn't only for families. Individuals of any age already diagnosed on the spectrum or who have questions about ASD evaluation are also welcome.
Specific services will vary by age but are available to families and individuals regardless of gender, race, or socioeconomic status. The Hub is grant-funded and
although Medical Assistance or other insurance may be required for referral to some services, there is no charge to work with a Service Navigator.
