Chris Boyle

Christopher C. Boyle

President and CEO

Christopher C. Boyle was appointed President and CEO of Children’s Service Center of Wyoming Valley Inc. in July 2025, following 17 years of progressive leadership in the organization as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. He has led multiple initiatives to advance CSC as a preferred regional employer and support the growth of clinical programs to serve the community. His 30-year career in human resources and financial management includes 10 years of service as vice president of human resources and operational systems at Pride Mobility Products, and experience as director of human resources/controller at American Asphalt Paving Company. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from Delaware Valley College.

Sharon Vivian

Sharon K. Vivian

Chief Financial Officer

Shari Vivian has more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience. Prior to joining CSC in 2013 as Controller, Shari worked at Wyoming Valley Health Care Inc., as a Controller for the affiliated Visiting Nurse Association and prior to that in Internal Audit and Compliance for the Hospital. Shari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Wilkes University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joel Smith

Chief Information Officer

Joel Smith joined Children’s Service Center as a Senior Network Engineer in 2009, advancing to the role of Director of Information Technology, and becoming Chief Information Officer in 2017. Prior to joining Children’s Service Center, he worked at Pride Mobility for 10 years. He is a graduate of Wilkes University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Carolanne Jones Leco

Carolanne Jones Leco

LCSW, BCD, Chief Clinical Officer

Appointed as Chief Clinical Officer in 2026, Carolanne Jones-Leco oversees clinical operations for all behavioral health programs, including outpatient therapy, the psychology department, community, school and site-based programs, including 17 School-Based Behavioral Health programs, IBHS and ABA programs, Family-Based Services, and Adoption and Foster Care Services. She previously served as Vice President of Programs.

An employee since 1988, she started as a residential program worker and has served as assistant director of the Parent Counselor Program, Director of Residential Services, and Associate/Senior Director of Clinical Services, before her promotion to Vice President. She is a licensed clinical social worker with certifications in clinical social work, grief counseling, and disaster crisis outreach and referral.

While maintaining an outpatient therapy practice since 1998, Carolanne has been instrumental in chairing the Behavior Management Committee, and leading efforts with the Sanctuary Model and community outreach team, as well as training initiatives for trauma and safe crisis management.

She has been active with the Rehabilitation & Community Providers Association since 2006, where she serves on the Children’s Steering and Annual Conference committees. She also volunteers with the Junior League of Wilkes-Barre.

Prior to earning her Master of Social Work from Marywood College, Carolanne graduated from Mansfield University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Summer Krochta

Summer Krochta

Vice President of Programs

Summer Krochta leads clinical and administrative operations for Crisis Intervention Services, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, Partial Hospitalization/School, the Care Coordination Department, and the Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Program at Children’s Service Center. Prior to her promotion as vice president, she served as director of crisis and residential services between 2013-2021.

An experienced outpatient therapist, treatment counselor and supervisor, she previously served as administrative director at Volunteers of America, gaining an extensive background in operations, quality and compliance for residential and transition living programs from 2004-2013. Her early field work included direct care and case management focused on suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and adoption services.

Summer earned a Master of Social Work from Marywood University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Portland State University.

Jessy Miller

Jessy Miller

Chief Operating Officer

Jessy Miller was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2026 after serving as Vice President for Programs since 2021 and launching the Substance Use Disorders Program in 2018. He oversees daily organizational operations and facilities, including the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center/Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike and outpatient intake/admissions and support departments with executive responsibility for programs for substance use disorder and blended case management. He previously served as the project director for the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic at Children’s Service Center and its adult care affiliate, Robinson Counseling Center, to improve access to care for underserved populations.

A Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Jessy began his career in behavioral health in 2004 as an adolescent case manager with Bethesda Day Treatment Center/PA Treatment and Healing, progressing as a drug and alcohol treatment specialist and clinical supervisor at Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services from 2006-2018.

Prior to earning a master’s degree in public administration at Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa, he completed a bachelor’s degree in sociology at East Stroudsburg University.

Rajan Viswanathan

Rajan Viswanathan

Vice President, Operations & Compliance, FQHC

Rajan Viswanathan oversees the Federally Qualified Health Center, Look Alike, for integrated mental health and primary care at the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center. His extensive experience in quality and performance improvement, population health, and compliance and risk has supported effective operations in hospital, behavioral health, and FQHC settings. Raj previously held leadership roles with Public Health Management Corporation (PA); Legacy Community Health (TX); and Westborough Behavioral Health Hospital, Dimock Center, and UMASS Memorial Healthcare (MA). Raj earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Northeastern University, Boston.

Dr.-Khan

M. Akram Khan, M.D.

Dr. Khan is Chief of Psychiatric Services at Children’s Service Center. He is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. For the past seven years, Dr. Khan served as Medical director of CSC’s Partial Hospitalization Program. Prior to joining CSC in 2005, Dr. Khan served as a Second Year Fellow in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania. He spent 18 months as a Clinical Observer at Stanford University School of Medicine, in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He has worked as clinical assistant professor of psychiatry the Commonwealth Medical College Dr. Khan brings to his position years of research and teaching experience in psychiatry.

Dr.-Jameel

Dr. Mushtaq Jameel, M.D.

Mushtaq Jameel, MD joined the Children’s Service Center in March 2015 as a psychiatrist. He is Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Prior to joining the CSC, Dr. Jameel was a staff Psychiatrist at the Chambersburg Hospital and was Vice Chair of the Hospital’s Department of Behavioral Health. Dr. Jameel is a graduate of the Sindh Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan and did his post graduate training at Drexel University School of Medicine and Columbia University, St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. Dr. Jameel is a member of the American Psychiatric Association (Fellow); American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry; and, the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society.

Dr.-Solgama

Pareshkumar C. Solgama, M.D.

Dr. Solgama is the Adult Psychiatrist for the Children’s Service Center and its affiliate, Robinson Counseling Center. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. Dr. Solgama is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the Pennsylvania Psychiatry Society and is a past President of the Northeast Chapter of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society. Formerly, Dr. Solgama was the Staff Psychiatrist for Community Counseling Services in Wilkes-Barre. Since 2014, he has been a Voluntary Preceptor in the Family Practice Residency Program of The Commonwealth Medical College.

DRMRAHMAN

Md Mushfigur Rahman, M.D.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Rahman has served as a psychiatrist since 2005. Prior to joining Children’s Service Center in 2022, Dr. Rahman led adult inpatient services and dual diagnosis program as a medical director and attending psychiatrist at First Hospital, Kingston, PA, from 2013 to 2022.

A clinical assistant professor of psychiatry at the Commonwealth Medical College, Scranton, PA, he was also served as an attending psychiatrist at CMC Geisinger, Scranton. He was president of the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Society, Northeast Chapter in 2015-2016.

Dr. Rahman completed a residency in psychiatry at Kansas University Medical Center, where he was chief resident in 2012, and clinical externships at Jacobi Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. His training also included roles in medicine, surgery and psychiatry in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the United Kingdom during 2003-2007. His focused training and clinical research areas have included adult psychiatry, management of psychiatric emergencies, borderline personality disorder and eating disorder.

Prior to graduating from medical school at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dr. Rahman earned bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery.
