How to Start Care

How to Start Care

Children’s Service Center, Robinson Counseling Center, and Conyngham Primary Health Care Center are committed to serving you with timely, high-quality care for mental health challenges and physical health conditions.

To start services for yourself or a family member, the first step is to call and request an appointment for Intake and Registration. Once this process is completed, you will be scheduled for your first appointment for services.

Our trauma-informed programs focus on helping people improve their health and emotional well-being to lead more fulfilling lives. Our commitment extends to all members of the community to ensure access to high-quality care in Northeastern and North Central Pennsylvania.

How to Help Facilitate Your Timely Care

During intake and registration, be prepared to provide the following information to expedite your request. We understand that you may not have all of this information initially. We will work with you to move your request forward, and to subsequently confirm your first service/program appointment.

  • Demographic information (name, address, date of birth, etc.)
  • Insurance information (Medical Plan, Medicare, Medicaid)
  • No insurance? No problem, we are here to help!
    • If you do not have insurance, please plan to provide an estimate of total household income and number of people in household to help determine if you may qualify for medical assistance.
    • Other helpful information includes a W2 form and tax return, and personal identification to verify your address and assist you with resources for financial support.

Financial Assistance

If at any time you have financial questions or concerns, our financial counselors can assist you regarding your benefits or applying for medical assistance. They can also help to determine if you are eligible for our Sliding Fee Discount Program.
