Children’s Service Center welcomed Congressman Rob Bresnahan Jr. and Richard Edley from the Rehabilitation & Community Providers Association in August to its Wilkes-Barre headquarters to discuss issues and opportunities that will support health care access and improve human services initiatives. The visit included an overview of CSC’s mental health, substance use disorders, and primary care programs that serve residents across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
