Family Based Services

Family-Based
Services

Family Based Services is an intensive family-oriented treatment program with therapeutic interventions designed to help children, teenagers and families who are experiencing serious emotional health challenges and have a child at risk for out-of-home placement.

The program promotes effective management of mental health symptoms, while providing families with support to stabilize their home environment and promote the use of natural and community-based services to address individual and family needs. The goal of the program is to minimize the need for out-of-home placement in more restrictive environments such as inpatient or residential settings.

  • Must meet standards for eligibility and medical necessity to participate
